Privacy Policy
Effective July 13, 2026. Applies to the Lopez Streams website, iOS app, and Android app.
This policy is maintained by Radiant Technologies, LLC and explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Lopez Streams ("we", "us", "our") operates the Lopez Streams platform available at https://legacyplus.app and as mobile apps distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@radianttechnologies.io.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile photo from Google. You may add an optional username, full name, avatar, and favorite fighter.
- Content you post. Community posts, comments, chat messages, poll votes, and support requests you submit through the app.
- Orders and payments. If you buy merchandise, we collect shipping address, contact email, and order details. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data. Basic technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, timestamps, and interactions with features (e.g. which posts you like). We use this to keep the service running, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
- Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and browser local storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
3. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain your account, feed, chat, polls, and shop features.
- Process orders, arrange fulfillment and shipping, and handle refunds.
- Respond to support requests you submit through the app.
- Moderate content, enforce our community rules, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Send transactional messages (order confirmations, security alerts, replies to your support tickets).
- Analyze aggregated usage to improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train third-party generative AI models.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your data on the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract, to deliver the service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests, to secure, improve, and moderate the service; (c) consent, for optional communications; and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app:
- Supabase — hosted database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing for merchandise purchases.
- Google — optional Google sign-in.
- Kick — when you watch an embedded livestream, Kick receives standard player and network information directly from your device.
- Apple & Google — when you install the app from the App Store or Google Play, the store operator handles the download and receives their own analytics.
- Hosting and email providers that deliver the app and transactional emails.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will notify you).
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process your data in Las Vegas, Nevada and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We keep your account and content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and content within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example, order history and tax records) to meet legal obligations.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, deletion. You can review and edit your profile inside the app and permanently delete your account from the Profile screen. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- Portability. You can request a copy of the personal data you have provided by emailing info@radianttechnologies.io.
- Objection and restriction (EEA / UK). You can object to or restrict certain processing by contacting us.
- California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents can request access, deletion, or correction of personal information, and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
- Complaints. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and access controls for administrators. No system is perfectly secure — if you become aware of a security issue, please contact info@radianttechnologies.io.
10. Mobile app disclosures (App Store & Google Play)
The Lopez Streams mobile apps collect only what is described in this policy. In line with Apple's App Privacy and Google Play's Data Safety requirements:
- Data linked to your identity: email, name, profile photo, user content (posts, chats, comments), purchase history, and support communications.
- Data used for app functionality, analytics, and fraud prevention: device identifiers, IP address, and diagnostic information.
- Data we do not collect: precise location, health or fitness data, contacts, photos or files outside those you explicitly upload, and biometrics.
- Tracking: we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, and we do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks.
- Account deletion: you can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from within the app at any time, in accordance with Apple's and Google's account-deletion requirements.
11. Third-party links
The app may link to third-party sites such as Kick channels, social networks, or shipping carriers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before the changes take effect. The "Effective" date at the top always reflects the current version.
